Wired the small-business research project into the plan, drafted the Dum Phones pitch and founding post, and standardized the 78-book Book Modernizer corpus.

10:22 a.m. PST

Integrated the small-business AI research project into the plan, as cold outreach with researcher framing rather than peer framing: a study page, a contact list of 30 to 50 owner-operated businesses, personalized emails in weekly batches, eight interviews capped at forty hours, and one published anonymized synthesis. A full playbook with templates and success and failure lines is saved in the to-do folder. Also mapped the project across the first 30 days. The outreach starts next week.

12:41 p.m. PST

Set up the content capture folder with a post-ideas file (twelve seeded) and a reusable repurposing prompt.

12:59 p.m. PST

Drafted the Dum Phones pitch. Split it into two asks: friends get an honest-reaction and referral ask, never a money ask; strangers and referrals get the reservation ask.

2:38 p.m. PST

Drafted the founding post about the phone for Facebook and Instagram, then rewrote it and cut the sales line.

3:21 p.m. PST

Finished the revisions to the master to-do list.

Evening

Cleaned and standardized the 78-book Book Modernizer corpus — writing new rules for the text cleaner, then converting every book to a canonical format (frontmatter, title page, About page, back matter) driven by a manifest file that is now the single source of truth for the batch.

Also today, untimed: posted an essay to LinkedIn, and made one connection and exchanged notes with a reply.
